These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StockLedger (Arinda) platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business entity you represent ("Tenant").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
